Customer Service / Telesales Consultant – Appointment Making
Worthing, West Sussex
£ Basic (£18,000 OTE)
Our client provides the over 60s with an easy and affordable way of moving home. An opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service / Telesales Consultant to join their team.
This is the ideal role for a self motivated sales professional, looking to further their career with a successful and innovative company.
As a Customer Service / Telesales Consultant you will be responsible for identifying and calling potential customers in order to book appointments for the sales team and growing our client’s business.
In addition to securing appointments, you will manage the diaries of the external sales staff, ensuring their time is used effectively. You will also be tasked with managing your own database of clients.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A proven track record of achieving targets, gained within a sales environment
- A good level of IT literacy
- At a minimum, grade C GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
As a Customer Service / Telesales Consultant you must have an excellent telephone manner coupled with good organisational abilities. Strong prioritisation skills are also key.
Whilst not essential, previous telesales experience would be a distinct advantage to your application.
